Half of a two piece modular Power Control Room (PCR) is pictured to the left. When Tippins of Pittsburgh needed to supply USX Irvin Works with a 21 ft. wide x 24 ft. long x 11 ft. high elevated PCR, CID Associates, Inc. designed and built a two piece modular building. This building incorporated a raised access computer floor with three levels of cable tray to assist in wiring computers and in eliminating electrical and power cabling interference. Also installed at our facility was an FM 200 fire suppression system that is not visible in this picture.
